Cute Daisy May Blog Hop and Gem Challenge:-)

We're Starting off the week with a bang!! we are doing "Gems" as our challenge this week for Cute Daisy May and...... We are also doing a Blog Hop:-) Now If you have come to me first, read my blog here grab "my Letter" for the hop and go here to Beccys blog to start off, each of the DT members will have a letter to a phrase that you need to collect, when you make it to the last Dt members blog you will be sent back to cute daisy may to leave a comment and then email your phrase with your name and email to Cutedaisymay@gmail.com, where you will be entered in Linnies- cute Daisy May Blog Candy.

Each one of the dt members will also have their own blog candy give away for the hop:-) Here is a picture of mine:-)

I've made up two complete cards like I will have below that i made for the Gems challenge this week, with the snowpeople images from cute daisy may for you to color and then just put it together like my card and theres 2 quickie cards for you to give out:-) plus I added a few other snow themed fun goodies, theres ribbon some 6x6 paper, a large clear snowflake stamps that I thought was neat and some MS irredescent tinsel glitter for fun:-) some confetti plastic snowflakes and a small packet of 3-d sticker snowflakes! so leave me comments and at the end of the blog hop I will use a number generator to pick a winner:-) It dosen't matter if you are here in the U.S. or not i will mail you my Blog candy:-) Ok My letter for the blog hop is "F" and after you see my challenge below you need to go on to Wendys Blog Here to move on in the blog hop.

On to my "gems card here it is:-) I used one of the cutie snowmen images of Linnies, Yes i'm still in the winter/snowflake/Christmas theme! and I colored my people with Copics, used a sentiment I made on my computer, added fine glitter and MS tinsel glitter to their fur coats, I punched out MS snowflakes in different colors and added my dew drops to the centers, and red dew drops to the image itselft! I used the oval punches from SU for the sentiment!! Bazzill CS was also used and My Minds Eye paper.. this was alot of fun, the other DT members have made wonderful cards and what fun to have so many chances to win blog candy:-)

Totally Gorjuss challenge7-Not A Card

For this weeks challenge at Totally Gorjuss Net asked us to do anything but a card:-) with it being the week of Thanksgiving I was pinched for time so I opted to take a take out box I had bought at AC Moore and decorate it Gorjuss style! I added a few punched circles over what was a printed snowflake and punched out a large MS snowflake and glittered it to make it appear as either a halo or hat for her! I used my copics to color her and added a few dots all around on the CS and glittered that to look like snow falling. This was a little more plain then I had hoped for but I didnt want to cover the printed flourish:-)
I'm going to be filling this with some sweets for Ryans teacher,

red Christmas-Cute Daisy May

For this week we were asked to have it be Red Christmas here at Cute Daisy May.
why not give the challenge a try:-) the other DT members did a wonderful job on their cards:-)
I used some scraps of paper I have had and copic markers to color in , sentiment is from my pc fonts and hat pin was from I believe Making memories I got at my local M's Store. Christmas is coming up quick , I have a ton of things to get done and time is slipping by, YIKES!!!

Totally Gorjuss Christmas

This weeks Challenge over at Totally Gorjuss is Chiristmas with an additional other image of your choice if you so desire to add a friend to join the gorjuss girl!! Did you ever have an idea in your head how a border punch was going to look and then it didn't lool like you had thought? well thats what happened:-) because I used the blue print background my ornament border punch was lost so I repunched red and green cardstock and hand glued them into the border:-) A little out of my comfort zone but o.k. its nice to do that once in awhile:-) I've been having fun with the Debbie Mumm paper stack this week, and colored with my copics, just a hint of glitter this time and my nesties for the shape. MS snowflake punch and ornament border punch.

Motivet-Angel cutie

Here's another card I did for my Christmas cards:-) Notice I just love the olive greens:-) I worked well with this DP I used, this was in my DP stash. I used Bazzill CS and My Martha snowflake punches that I glittered, theres a mix of shaved styrofoam balls and fine glitter under this sweet angel as the snow. I used my copics to color her and a gold/copper glitter for her halo!

I just love this time of year to use all these cool snowflake punches:-) The stamp is a new one from Motivet stamps, who i met at our local stamp show a few weekends ago,

Texture please

Good Monday morning to everyone....I am having quite a hard time opening my lids this A.m. for some reason I couldn't sleep from 1- 3:30 this morning and kept tossing then fell asleep and didnt hear the music alarm at 6:30 till 6:45 WOW! I hate those nights,

The DT was asked this week for Cute Daisy May to add Texture. Humm I decided to use the glitter types to be my texture for this cutie Freebie Linnie has on the website. I Love these colors hehe my favorites and I ordered back up refills in the colors just in case I run dry before Christmas:-)

Merry & Bright card challenge

Happy Saturday everyone!
I decided to add this cutie I just put together in the Charisma cardz challenge Here,
Thought it would be fun:-) I used Copics to color her, Bazzill cs and DP from Debbie Mumm's Holiday stack I've had. used my SU punch for the sentiment I made on my computer. Added MS confetti on her rim of her hat and pants and shirt, which gives a wonderful sparkle! Stamp is a CC designs stamp from all that scraps
